CST calculates the needed budgets for capital and operations based on current fleet. CST also provides what if models that allow the fleet to evaluate changes in capital and operations. CST budgets are typically projected for 5 years. CST’s longest projections have been for 25 years.
Alternative Fuel Analysis
Our Team provides an analysis of your fleet's current altenative vehicles and helps to predict future needs for alternative vehicles. With this information we then provide a yearly vehicle replacement plan.

CST calculates the optimal life cycle for each group of vehicles based on historical fleet data. CST also projects the potential savings if the vehicle life cycle is changed to the CST recommended life cycle.
